Meet Marc McDonnell
Marc grew up in Des Moines, WA. He was a High School All-State player, Bellevue College Honorable Mention JC All-American, played at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, and competed in minor league baseball with the Grays Harbor Gulls. In 1998 he founded All Star Dugout and the ASD Bulldogs, and in 2008 he co-founded the Baseball Performance Academy. He has coached professionally since 1998. Marc's approach is rooted in faith: build the student up to create the work habit, and the player follows. A positive mental approach is the foundation of every session.
